Limits of the product
Compliance
Process Desk is educational process tooling. Read this page before you use it. Using the desk means you understand what it refuses to be.
Last updated 6 November 2026
In plain language
- We do not tell you what to trade.
- We do not send signals, alerts, or price targets.
- We do not place, route, modify, or cancel orders.
- You already have a broker. Keep it. We do not replace it.
- Pro and the 1:1 setup have no price. TBD means not for sale.
01Who operates this
Process Desk is a public Grok Bot agent team owned by Shervacom Inc. This website is the product description. The agent team runs inside Grok Bot, a separate product with its own account and terms.
Shervacom Inc. is not, by this product, offering brokerage, custody, portfolio management, or investment advisory services.
02Not an adviser, not a broker, not an RIA
Process Desk is not a registered investment adviser, not an RIA, and not a broker-dealer. It does not manage accounts and it does not take discretion.
Nothing the desk writes, and nothing on this website, is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, derivative, or digital asset.
03No signals
The desk does not publish trade signals, alerts, watchlists, scanners, or price targets. Examples on this website are blank on purpose. A filled example would be a worse explanation of the product.
If a session starts to look like a signal, that session has left the product. Stop. Do not treat the output as a call.
04No order execution
Process Desk has no order-entry API, no broker connection, and no ability to transmit, modify, or cancel an order. There is no integration to turn a ticket into a working order.
Your yes confirms that a draft matches your own decision. It is not a power of attorney and not an instruction to any venue, broker, or exchange. You place, modify, and cancel any order yourself, at the broker you already have, under that broker’s terms.
05You are the decision-maker
You are a discretionary trader. The idea starts with you. The desk can slow it down, challenge it, and help you write it. The decision, the size, and the action remain yours.
You are responsible for whether any decision fits your situation, your knowledge, and the law where you live. The desk does not know your full circumstances, and it is not permitted to pretend that it does.
06Risk of loss
Trading financial instruments can result in the loss of some or all of the capital you commit. Leverage, options, futures, and other derivatives can increase that loss, including losses beyond an initial deposit where your broker’s contract allows it.
Process Desk does not promise preservation of capital. The first law is a discipline we ask you to practice. It is not a guarantee, and it is not insurance.
07No performance claims
The journal is your record. We do not display user returns, win rates, or testimonials as proof that the process makes money. We do not have a track record to publish, and we will not assemble one out of hypothetical tickets.
Hypothetical tickets on this site are illustrations of a blank form. Past notes, if you keep them, do not predict future results.
08Education, scoped narrowly
Material from the desk is general education about a personal decision process. It is not tailored investment advice and it is not a financial plan. It does not consider your full financial situation, tax position, or objectives, because it is not allowed to act as if it did.
Do not use it as a substitute for a licensed professional where you need one, including a registered adviser, a tax adviser, or legal counsel.
09Model limits
The agent team is software running on Grok Bot. Language models can be wrong, incomplete, or over-confident in tone. A fluent paragraph is not a fact. Grok Bot chooses the model for a task; Process Desk does not offer a model picker and does not claim a particular model is advising you.
The desk is instructed to refuse a trade pick and to refuse order entry. Software can fail that instruction. If a session offers a signal, a target, or a way to send an order, treat that session as outside the product and stop.
Verify anything that matters against primary sources and your own records before you act.
10Privacy boundary
Do not submit brokerage passwords, API keys, full account numbers, government identifiers, or payment credentials. Process Desk does not need them. Privacy Guard is there to refuse that material. Refusal by a role is not a technical guarantee. Do not paste secrets in the hope that a role will catch them.
On Grok Bot, bots on one account can share a cloud computer, including files and browser sessions. Do not use separate roles as a security boundary, and do not store brokerage access on that computer.
Grok Bot’s own terms and privacy settings govern the conversation and the computer it uses. This marketing site does not run a trading account. It does not run analytics. The 1:1 setup form does not transmit your note to a server; the note stays in your browser until you discard it.
11No custody and no funds
You will not send money to Process Desk to trade. The desk does not hold client assets, does not accept deposits, and does not pool capital.
Paid lines, if they are ever offered, would be fees for software and for setup time, published on the pricing page before anyone is asked to pay. They would not be deposits, assets under management, or a subscription that places trades.
12Markets and jurisdictions
This site is published in English and Spanish for a general audience. English is the primary language. It is not an offer into any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Availability of Grok Bot may differ by country.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker and your local law, including any registration, disclosure, or tax obligation that applies to you. Process Desk does not determine whether you are permitted to trade a given instrument.
13Independence
The desk does not take payment for featuring an instrument, a broker, or a strategy. It does not sell order flow, because it does not send orders.
Shervacom Inc. may operate other products. Process Desk does not share their mandate and does not route you into a trade through them. A different product that asks you to connect a broker is not this desk.
14If the limits change
If the product’s limits change, this page changes first. The Four Laws do not get quieter in a later release. A new capability that can send an order, publish a signal, or take discretion would be a different product and would have to say so here before it existed.
Questions about these limits can be written in the 1:1 setup stub and kept on your device. That stub is not a compliance hotline and it does not create an advisory relationship. No one at Shervacom receives the note.
